CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Requirements: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent Attendance and Punctuality Excellent follow up skills and strong attention to detail. Team player able to work independently in a results-driven, fast-paced environment. Ability to think ‘on your feet’ to solve problems, multi-task and prioritize assignments Proficiency in MS Office Job Duties: Manages and maintains all aspects of customer accounts and order process including: order placement, order entry, follow up, price verification and product inquiries using an in house order processing system. Communicate with customers/sales personnel regarding product availability, delivery dates, order cancellations and order status via phone, fax and/or email. Interface with all levels of staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle high volume of calls and respond to inquiries or resolve issues in a timely manner. Suggestively sell products and services through cross-sells and up sells. Reports to Customer Service Manager Flexible schedule during the summer season. Compensation: $12.
